The air jet sieve analyzer meets the basic needs for air jet sieving of certain powders. The instrument internally uses an imported electronic vortex generator from the United States. With the cooperation of the negative pressure generation device, the air jet sieve analyzer produces a precise and sensitive negative pressure air vortex. This vortex drives the powder to rise through the nozzle, collide with the sieve cover, and remove agglomerated particles. The powder is re-sucked by the vortex to the standard test sieve in order of size. Smaller particles pass through the sieve mesh and are stored in the negative pressure generator or sample collector, while larger particles remain on the test sieve. Throughout the process, the electronic vortex generator controls the three-dimensional movement of powder particles in order of size, realizing the air jet sieving theory: classification first and sieving later. By replacing test sieves with different mesh sizes for sequential sieving, the percentage of particle size limits is ultimately obtained.
